Giving Back to the Community For me, one of the most rewarding aspects of working with RE/MAX has been the opportunity to contribute a portion of every sale to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Of course, RE/MAX International and RE/MAX agents support a variety of important causes, including the Children's Miracle Network and RE/MAX Relief Fund. But the work being done on breast cancer research has a personal significance for me.
Like so many women, my mother, Karen, has lived with breast cancer. Seeing her strength in the face of this disease makes me proud to contribute whatever time, energy and resources I can to this important cause.
My mother is a two time champion of breast cancer and one of the most endearing, driven, enthusiastic and hard working people I know… I’m so lucky to have her as a role model, mentor and friend. She has taught me so much about seeing opportunity where others see adversity.
